We at FSK FURNITURE strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture and exceptional service. However, due to the nature of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy:

  • Returns are only accepted for items covered by a warranty or guarantee as explicitly stated at the time of sale.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

4. Reasons for No Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Mattresses, mattress toppers, and bedding accessories.
  • Pillows, cushions, and upholstery items.
  • Personal care and hygiene products.

Additionally, returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or use.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage resulting from regular use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

5. Return Process

Our liability for any claim related to a product purchased from us shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
